The purpose of Federal Emergency Minority Advisory Program, Inc. is to provide advisory, educational, and support services to minority communities in connection with emergency preparedness, response, and recovery efforts to promote equitable access to emergency resources and to collaborate with public and private agencies in furtherance of these objectives.
